Our policy reads: By submitting my registration form I acknowledge that I have read and understand all cancellation penalties, Cruise lines Policies & administration fees that I will incur, should I decide to cancel my reservation or my registration be canceled. By submitting my registration I am also giving Cruise Line and Blue Agave Travel the authorization to process payments on the credit card listed. I understand that the event ticket and event fees are nonrefundable. I understand that in the event I need to cancel my cruise event fees are non refundable. I will incur a $50.00 (an extra $25 fee per person for special categories cabins will also be deducted) administration cancellation fee per person, along with cancellation penalties and any penalties the cruise line will charge (Cruise lines Policies, Legal Notice). No refunds will be made if I do not show up for cruise or if I interrupt or cancel my vacation once it has begun.

I understand that insurance is optional and I may choose to add insurance for an additional fee. I understand that should I choose to add insurance to my booking, I am also giving authorization for Blue Agave Travel to process Insurance payment on my card on file. I understand that payments will be due on every 3rd of the month equal to the deposit and will be deducted from the same card used for my registration should I choose to use payment plan.
Name Change Fee:
After registration or final payment date, there is a $75 per person service fee charged per name change as long as an original guest remains on the booking (fees apply to cabin packages).

Event Ticket fees are non refundable, but will be credited with new registration for original guest. Credit must be used for a new reservation made within 24 months from the date of cancellation. No show, No Cancel or Any unused portion will be forfeited. Blue Agave Travel is not liable for cancelations unforeseen emergencies or personal cancelations or conflicts with denied boarding.

All amounts (includes payment plan guests and media) must be paid in full by October 4, 2024. Amounts not paid in full risk cancellation or penalty charges. No refunds will be made if you do not show up for your cruise or if you interrupt or cancel your vacation once it has begun. Please allow up to 30 days to receive a refund.
Dining Times/Dining Requests: Dinning request must be made at time of registration. Guests are assigned to 8:15 pm Dinning as default, when not requested. *Disable or special request needs must be inform at the time or registration or as soon as possible.
Cabin Location/Special Request: must be made at the time of registration. Cabin location/request not guaranteed. Rates include meals, accommodations, onboard activities / entertainment, port charges, taxes, prepaid gratuities and events fees.
Guest must purchase drink package directly with cruise ship.
Staterooms, inclusive of the balconies, are an entirely smoke-free environment. Effective with any sailing departing October 09, 2014 and onward, no smoking will be allowed in any stateroom or suite, inclusive of the balcony. Cigarette smoking will only be permitted in designated exterior open deck areas, as well as our dance club, and in certain areas within the casino and casino bar. Guests who smoke in their stateroom will be assessed a $500 USD cleaning and refreshing fee on their Sail & Sign account.

Ticket Prices and Event Fees are non-refundable. There will be a $50.00 per person administration fee for all cancellations, along with any fees that will be incurred by Carnival Cruise lines.
