Is there a payment plan? When do I pay each month and how much?

Payments will be automatically billed every 3rd of the month (equal to deposit amount) to the credit card given at the time of deposit. Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for your payment to be processed. All amounts (includes payment plan guests and media) must be paid in full by last payment date set. Amounts not paid in full risk cancellation or penalty charges.

How do we make payments?

Is there a cancellation policy?

There will be a $50.00 per person administration fee for all cancellations, along with any fees that will be incurred by Carnival Cruise lines. Event Ticket portion is NON-REFUNDABLE.

What is included in the price of a cruise?

Rates include meals, accommodations, onboard activities / entertainment, port charges, taxes, prepaid gratuities and events fees.

Do I need a passport?

No passport for U.S. Citizens required. A government issued birth certificate with a raised seal, and a photo ID OR a Passport.

Can one person stay in a cabin alone?

Single occupancy is available at 200% of the average rate, double rate for all categories minus second event fee and gratuities. Guests must call for current rates.

We bought tickets directly with the ship and want to join the group for the private shows, can we get in or buy tickets on the boat?

Guest that do not purchase cruise ticket package with Blue Agave Travel must purchase an event ticket. Event tickets are not sold separately. All events included in ticket purchase. Guest must purchase prior to boarding. Buy Event Ticket: BUY NOW

I purchased my ticket, am I done?

No, guests must register with Cruise ship to finalize ticket prior to boarding. Blue Agave Travel will provide all needed information along with reservation and cabin number. Guests receive reservation number after 50% of balance is paid.

Where can I park my car during the cruise?

Royal Caribbean Cruise Parking is available within the Port of Galveston at the North and South lot, as well as the Pier 14 lot.

What time does the Cruise Ship depart & return?

Although guests may access the terminal at 10:30 am, based on their window selection, boarding is scheduled to begin at approximately 12:30 am. Please refer to Cruise line website for official exact departure times and policies. On the final morning of a cruise experience in most countries all guests must leave the ship before the guests joining the next cruise can board. In most environments the latest time to leave the vessel will be between 10:00am and 11:00am.
